Fidelis Care announced today a partnership with God’s Love We Deliver, the New York City metropolitan area’s leading provider of medically tailored meals and nutrition counseling for people living with severe illness. Select clinical partners and primary care providers will refer eligible Fidelis Care members with chronic health conditions to receive home-delivered meals from God’s Love We Deliver free of cost, regardless of income.

Conveniently located in a busy and diverse neighborhood near shopping, restaurants, and businesses, and with easy access to public transportation, the new office continues Fidelis Care’s more than 25-year commitment to serve local residents where they work and live.

Fidelis Care has awarded the New York City Police Athletic League (PAL) a $10,000 grant to help support recreational, educational, cultural and social activities throughout the year. The funds will help support approximately 20,000 kids across the five New York boroughs.

Fidelis Care hosts webinars called “Provider Office Hours” several times each month to share information and answer any of your questions. 

Provider Satisfaction Survey

Your provision of quality care and services to our members contributes greatly to Fidelis Care’s success. One of the ways Fidelis Care prioritizes quality is making sure you are satisfied with your experiences. Our annual Provider Satisfaction Survey identifies areas to focus on for further improvement in the coming year. The Provider Relations Department works diligently to identify an action plan to address areas of improvement, while continuing to develop actions and interventions to improve the provider experience.

HEDIS® Measurement Year 2025 Toolkit

HEDIS® is a tool used by more than 90% of America’s health plans to measure performance on important dimensions of care and service. We've developed this toolkit to help identify required preventive services.
